Pink Chilli Virtual Assistance

Picture
A small business to help your small business when you need it

When you set up a business you are a “Jack of all Trades”. You thrive off the buzz you get from being able to multi-task and consider yourself a receptionist, IT Guru, Social Media expert, salesperson, book keeper, admin assistant,  and blogger to name a few.

In the beginning, this saves you money and gets your business established. That drive and passion is what gets you clients. But as your business grows, the time you have to do these things decreases so you work longer hours, and get more and more bogged down. As a business owner myself I understand.

“Jessica's planning, organising, securing, and managing the resources to achieve specific goals within a budget have been outstanding. I only wish I'd employed her services before. Thanks Jess”

How?

Wouldn't it be nice to have someone on hand to delegate some of your work to when you needed? Without getting tied up in employing someone.  I work in partnership with my clients, helping them grow their businesses through entrepreneurial support. The longer we work together the more synergy is created. Clients tend to pass on more responsibility so I can help them achieve their goals.

Working remotely, I am a cost effective way to get the assistance you need, when you need it. Whether you require ongoing help or just a couple of hours setting up Social Media accounts.  You can send me work by email, shared online folders, Skype or just give me a call. Because Virtual Assistants are independent contractors and not employees, you are not responsible for any employee-related  insurance, tax or benefits. Also I have vested interest in your business, I'd love for you to be a regular client so I will always put in 100%. When I'm working on your work my phone will go to voice-mail, emails will not be open so I have no distractions. The time you are charged is the time I have worked solely for you.

I work with mainly Small-Medium Enterprises. Clients range from Marketing Consultants, Motivational Speakers, and Project Management companies to Wedding Planners, Professors and Painter and Decorators. I always have enquiries from a wide range of companies or individuals looking to start working with a Virtual Assistant.

Why should you choose a VA?

Picture
  • Only ask for help when you need it and only pay for hours worked.
  • You'll have more time to bring in new clients, work on business planning/strategy or take some time off with your family. Working with a VA has a great return on investment.
  • No office space, supplies or furniture needed. In a recent study, City University has established that the average cost of providing a desk in the UK is £10,000 per annum.
  • By developing a  working relationship with your Virtual Business Consultant, she gets to know your business so whenever you need extra help you do not need to waste time bringing a new employee or temp up to speed.
  • No HR related costs such as Tax, NI,  maternity, sick pay and holiday pay.
